PHARA provides services in both official languages to people with disabilities as well as housing opportunities for those with low or moderate incomes.
In 2023, PHARA provided more than 49,500 days of housing for individuals, couples, and families in North Bay. Housing is provided at rent-geared-to-income, affordable rent, and market rent. The locations are 280 Oakwood Avenue, 200 Oakwood Avenue, and 122 Massey Drive in North Bay.

The building is a secure and accessible six story apartment building with forty-two (42) units available for Rent Geared to Income Subsidized Rent or Market Rent.
